What is it?

CaskTEK automates your filling and disgorging management as well as providing valuable insights to help increase plant efficiency and reduce maturation losses.

Module 1 – Fill

How it helps?

What it does?

• Lets you schedule filling parcels and assign them to filling line
• Records information from each cask fill including:

Who’s it for?

• Anyone filling casks or vessels
• Need to report volume or bulk LA for HMRC or customs & excise

Module 2 – Disgorge

How it helps?

• Automates Customs & Excise Reporting
• Easy Operational Planning
• Interfaces with tools such as SAP or DRAMS

What it does?

• Lets you plan casks to disgorge for blends or single malts 
• Records information on each cask empty including:
  • Date/Time
  • Bulk LA
  • Volume
  • Strength
    
• Track completion or identify any missing casks

Module 3 – Performance Reporting

• Provides visibility of operational performance

  • Ability to tailor reports to site requirements
