On November 6^th the Royal Academy of Engineering and Engineering UK launched #ThisisEngineering day. The campaign was intertwined with engineering week and was driven with a focus to change the current limited perception of engineering and encourage young females and males to pursue careers in engineering.

We spoke to some of our younger engineers about why they thought young people should consider a career in engineering. Here’s what they had to say.
